Aligned with the National Fire Academy’s FESHE Model Curriculum, EOU’s top ranked fully online FSA program offers fire service professionals the opportunity to obtain a bachelor’s degree to advance in their professional field. Whether you’re a transfer student or just starting your college education, our FSA program advisors will design a pathway that works for you including consideration of our new 24-credit Wildland Fire Track.
The Fire Services Administration program’s BA/BS degree requirements provide for a major built upon an associate degree in fire protection science or a professional technical core fire science curriculum available from most community college fire programs. Core lower-division courses are also available through our FSA program.
EOU’s FSA program is recognized as a Fire and Emergency Services Higher Education (FESHE) provider of the National Fire Academy’s FESHE model bachelor’s curriculum and addresses the requisite knowledge and skills found in NFPA 1021, Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications (2020).
