The Executive Fire Officer (EFO) and Leadership Symposium is an annual event for EFO Program graduates, current and future fire and emergency medical services (EMS) leaders, and students at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Learn more about the goals of the symposium.

The 34th Annual Executive Fire Officer and Leadership Symposium was held at the National Fire Academy April 5-6, 2024, with over 250 people in attendance.

This annual event is not limited to EFO graduates, but to all current and future fire and emergency medical services (EMS) leaders and staff.

Mark your calendars for next year’s Symposium to be held April 25-26, 2025.
